            I think now Windows 8 has gone gold, you are correct. I was using on from the same website but it was noted as beta because Windows 8 wasn't out yet.

            No it's OK. The Windows 7 SDK is working fine. I was just wondering if you are planning to update as the Windows SDK 8 will have C++11 stdlib support.

            Hi Matt,

            The Windows 7 SDK is included already on the Bamboo elastic image. Are you having issues building native Windows projects?

            I've created BAM-12103 to track the SDK upgrade for Windows 8.

            I would really like this feature to mount an EBS automatically via Bamboo - it would really complete our OnDemand experience.

            What is Atlassians policy on including Windows SDKs on the base image? When the Windows 8 SDK is stable and released will the default image be updated with it?

            EBS handling should be changed:

            • volumes should be created by the server and attached by the server
            • the instance should only mount a created volume
            • volume state changes should be added to state tracking
