    Description

      In https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JST-10404 customer's EBS snapshot went missing, and Bamboo would start the EC2 image and the image would shutdown because the EBS snapshot no longer exists.

      We should make sure the EBS snapshot exists before attempting to attach it.
