Bamboo elastic agent does not detect if EBS volumes do not mount

      We have had sporadic failures with EBS not mounting. Typically this has been happening Wednesday afternoon at 15:00 australia time. Amazon AWS is not reporting any outages on their site. While amazon might be doing some "weekly maintenance", this causes EBS volumes not to mount, and thus java, mvn, etc are not available. Yet, since the agent runs from the AMI, it reports all good with the bamboo server.

      I've tried moving around on us-east and that doesn't help.
