Resolution: Unresolved

At the moment, we can't set an ETA for this feature to be released, since there's a number of factors that determine how our product team prioritizes new features.
You can learn more by reading Implementation of New Features Policy.
Problem Definition
Atlassian Access requires the org admins to set their last name when trying to start the trial. The user cannot tell what they should do if the display name is set in eastern-style because there's no convention to place a space between first name and last name in eastern countries.
Suggested Solution
- Clarify the detailed requirement (to put a space in the middle) but not only showing the URL, so that the user can tell what they should do.
- Or, remove the requirement if possible to align with other services in Atlassian.
Workaround
Consider adding yourself as a watcher to be kept informed as to the state of this feature request moving forward. With that way, if our development team updates the ticket, you'll be notified via email. Until then,
- Place whitespace between your first name and last name
