Unable to Start Atlassian Access Trial

      Summary

      Admins are unable to start their Atlassian Access trials and are presented with a Blank Page

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. As an Org Admin, go to ADMIN.atlassian.com
      2. Verify a Domain
      3. Try to start Atlassian Access trial

      Expected Results

      Admin is able to start trial and/or is presented with a useful error message as to why the trial cannot be started

      Actual Results

      Admin is presented with a blank white page with no way to proceed

      Digging through the Browser Dev Console, we found an error indicating:
      "Status 400 - Admin does not have a valid last name"

      Notes

      We should present a visible Error Message to the Admin rather than just a blank white screen

      Workaround

      In this scenario, update your Atlassian account profile to include a valid Last Name
