Create email allowlist config to automation action Send Email

      Hi team,

      The suggestion is to create an email allowlist config (Global automation setting) for the automation action Send Email where Jira admins can add email domains and addresses that are allowed to receive emails from Jira automation. This would help to address security concerns.
