Support for attachments in Automation - allow file uploads / attachments using Jira API so this can be used in automation for Jira webhook

      As of the time of this writing, Using the automation for Jira webhooks does not support files to be uploaded to the Jira issue automatically.
      There is also no way to get Jira to download the file onto the ticket as part of the automation.

      As such, I suggest that the automation for Jira system provide an action for downloading a file and attaching it to the Jira ticket and/or an action for Base-64 decoding a string as a file and attaching it to the Jira ticket.

            To address this, we’ve developed an app called Secure Attachment Transfer, which provides exactly the functionality you're looking for. Our app allows for the seamless transfer of attachments to Jira issues via Automation, effectively solving the problem of adding files automatically to issues or between instances.

            I would also say this feature would be much appreciated. Working with Technology getting evidence with screenshots, images, video recordings and screen capture is a big part of fixing observations
