Option to add an Attachment through automation after issue creation

      Problem

      Customer would want to add a particular attachment after creating an issue. As of now there is no option, where we can input an attachment.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be good to have an option to add an attachment where a link can be provided or browse it from a location

      Why This Is Important

      There are requirements where customer wants to add a attachment of a type to all the tickets with some info. This avoids the repetitive tasks of adding a same attachment to all the issues created.
