Issue Summary

With the old Send message to Microsoft Team component, we are able to post messages to Private channels. However, with the new AUTO-1374 Send message to Microsoft Team component, we cannot post messages to private channels.

Provide a method to support a way to post messages to Microsoft Team private channels like available earlier.
