- Currently, when a manual rule has an actor without permission the rule can be seen and be triggered. It would be helpful if the rule is not visible when the users don't have the required permission.
- Currently, when configuring a manual trigger rule, you can either restrict it to groups or all logged-in users, or hide it based on issue type, status, or assignee. It would be helpful to be able to filter by project role.
