Add project roles restriction to manual trigger rules

      Problem

      Currently, when configuring a manual trigger rule, you can either restrict it to groups or all logged-in users, or hide it based on issue type, status, or assignee.

      Suggested resolution

      Add the possibility of restricting it to Project Roles instead of only groups.
