While exporting the Assets objects field using the add-on Jira Cloud for Excel (option Open in Excel) or Jira Cloud for Google Sheets (option Open in Google Sheets), it shows [no field found]
Suggested Solution
Add the ability to export Assets objects field value using Excel or Google Sheets export.
Workaround
There are two feasible workarounds:
1. Export to CSV (which can subsequently be imported to Excel or Google Sheets)
2. Copy Assets field data to a Jira text field with Automation, then export. The following KB might be helpful for this: How to copy from/to Asset field value to/from Jira text custom field using automation for JSM Assets Cloud.
For further details on the Automation workaround, please check the Edit Issue section of our relevant documentation article, or reference our step-by-step guide on the process.
