      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Search for issues
      2. Export to Excel

      Expected Results

      Dates to show in the timezone of the user exporting

      Actual Results

      Dates show in UTC

      Workaround

      Updating the dates directly in Excel
      Exporting in CSV file and converting to Excel
