      From CONF-15082:

      If I search for 'Upgrade Tasks' it returns the results in same order as 'Task Upgrade'. The results should add "exact phrase" search as a extra score boost term (but not make it a required field, it's just to boost the score) basically adding an addition query term for "Upgrade Task" would boost the score of anything with that phrase, which is usually what you're after
