Enhance Label Search and allow Confluence to server as a strong Knowledge Base

      Confluence 2.1.x has nice labeling capabilities.

      However the search capabilities of those labels are quite poor and inconvinient using labelText:<label>.

      For Confluence to server as a strong knowledge base all is needed it the ability to search based on labels (in the context of a space):
      1. use label:label1,label2,label3 in the search string
      2. GUI that will allow selecting (using checkbox) from the list of all labels.
