Issue Summary
The Content by Label macro is used to report pages using specific labels. However, this macro is not working for Unlicensed users - they are prompted with an error message.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Confluence Space, and link it as a Knowledge Base for a Jira Service Desk project.
- On JSD, make sure that Any active user is able to access the Space.
- Create a page on this Space.
- Add a Content by Label macro on it.
- Access this page, as a Service Desk customer (Unlicensed user).
Expected Results
The macro should work properly, reporting the pages that have the desired label.
Actual Results
Below error message is displayed on the page:
Error rendering macro 'contentbylabel' : CQL was parsed but the search manager was unable to execute the search. CQL: '<macro search>'. Error message: com.atlassian.confluence.search.searchnsmarts.rest.SSSearchClientException: There was an illegal request passed to S&S Content Search API : HTTP/1.1 403
