Issue Summary

On non-vortex Orgs, when a site admin visits the User Management page (https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<site-id>/users), they see a pop-up error message as shown below:

'There was a problem fetching the organization name'

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into a non-vortex Org with a site admin account
2. Navigate to the user management page https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<site-id>/users
3. You will get the pop-up error message on the UI

Expected Results

No error message in shown

Actual Results

Error message popup 'There was a problem fetching the organization name' appears

Workaround

No workaround needed as it does not impact the functionality of the site or user management features. A fix will be provided from the Atlassian side.
