Popup error message when visiting user management page at site level as site admin

      Issue Summary

      Users who are site admins will receive a popup error message 'There was a problem fetching the organization name' when they visit the user management page at the site level https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<site-id>/users

      Users who are organisation admins do not receive this message.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log into Atlassian with an account that has site admin role
      2. Navigate to user management page in site admin hub https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<site-id>/users

      Expected Results

      Message should not appear

      Actual Results

      Error message popup 'There was a problem fetching the organization name' appears

      Workaround

      This does not impact the functionality of the site or user management features

            From what I noted on the https://support.atlassian.com/requests/JST-899980/ , I sent an invitation to [CLIENT] and assigned him to the Group: [CLIENT GROUP]. Today when I went to the group [CLIENT] did not show up as having been invited. So, I sent [CLIENT] a new invitation on 20230731. Again, not sure if this helps, but the issue is starting to impact clients.
            So, it is impacting the functionality if someone I have invited never shows as having been invited.
