Using the quick search can accidentally add an image to a ticket when using copy and paste

      Issue Summary

      When using the quick search bar (on the top right) from a Jira Issue view screen, if you paste an image on it (even when focused), the image will be attached to Jira ticket.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Copy an image to your clipboard
      2. Click on the quick search (to focus it)
      3. Paste the content with the image

      Expected Results

      • Since the quick search doesn't use images, the pasting would be ignored, avoiding unwanted attachments to be added in the ticket.
      • Whenever focusing on the quick search, we don't expect changes to happen on the ticket.

      Actual Results

      • Images can be accidentally pasted on tickets, in a very "quiet" way, which can be unnoticed, Jira also does not confirm if you want to add that attachment or not, it just gets uploaded right away.
