The customer doesn't intend to use Compass at our organization. Therefore, users are confused, if we display a feature or product that they cannot use. This results in multiple requests and tickets internally that create unnecessary work for our IT team.

The customer had below concerns :

• The feature was activated without the consent of the customer or site owner.
• No opt-in/opt-out feature was provided to the customer/site owner.
