The latest quick search for the Confluence shows the Trello as the suggestion.
The customer wants to remove the Trello search option.

The customer doesn't intend to use trello at their organization. Therefore, users are confused, if we display a feature or product that they cannot use. This results in multiple requests and tickets internally that create unnecessary work for our IT team.
The customer had below concerns :
- The feature was activated without the consent of the customer or site owner.
- No opt-in/opt-out feature was provided to the customer/site owner.
