Problem Definition
Similar to IM-33, when SAML is enabled, groups have to be created both in the identity provider and Atlassian Cloud.
As an admin, I have several groups in Azure (group1, group2,etc). I want to have these groups in Atlassian Cloud in User Management.
Suggested Solution
Allow groups to be automatically created and updated in Atlassian Cloud when the group is established.

Atlassian now supports provisioning of groups from an external identity provider via SCIM for Okta, Azure AD, Onelogin and we have also published our SCIM API for custom implementations.
