SAML setup in Identity Manager should allow Groups Manipulation at Application access level

Here is a scenario that customer would like resolved :

SSO Azure SAML setup at Identity Manager does not allow Azure Groups for setting permissions in Confluence and JIRA as a cloud app.

It is ideal for administrators of SAML integration with Atlassian Cloud Identity Manager to have this functionality of having a one point group access which also can set permission at both at application level and SAML provider level.
