Issue Summary
When we have Confluence Cloud subscription with a JIRA Software Free one, in case the landing product is set to Confluence and the JIRA site is suspended, the landing product won't work as it is expected.
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure you have a Confluence Cloud standard and JIRA Software Free subscriptions;
- Navigate to Site Administration > Product Access and set Confluence as the landing product;
- Get the JIRA subscription suspended
- Acces your site URL without .../wiki
Expected Results
You are redirected to Confluence.
Actual Results
You land in JIRA - as it is suspended, you face a site deactivated message.
Workaround
- The customer can wait for the suspended product to be deleted
- From the billing console, the product can be deleted immediately
- Steps to delete the product immediately
- Access admin.atlassian.com
- Click the Inactive tab
- Verify you are in the card for the product that has been unsubscribed to
- Click the three dots "..."
- Select Delete Immediately

I totally agree with Christian, this is not a minor issue as it is freaking out all the users.
What I also do not understand is, why you do not mention this in advance, when you force customers to delete the product (It is not possible to quote and activate a product, when you have a free product next to it) Then we could have prepared the users. Please tell you sales team to at least inform about this bug.
