Issue Summary
When you click on Run DNS records check the Last checked: time doesn't get updated even after refreshing the page but you receive an email for the same.
As per the user experience, clicking on the Run DNS records check button should trigger a manual record verification however this doesn't reflect on the See DNS records domain verification popup.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
- Select Settings > Emails.
- If you already have domains, you’ll see two tabs. Select Email domains.
- Click on See DNS records and then Run DNS records check{}
Expected Results
The updated date and time for the records should be reflected as soon as the Run DNS records check button is clicked.
Actual Results
The updated date and time for the records don't get updated.
Workaround
Currently, the workaround is to refresh the after a couple minutes for the date and time to get updated.
