Issue Summary
When setting up domain claim for email domains, once you have added the required DNS records to your domain you have the abiltiy to run a DNS check manually instead of waiting for the daily scheduled verification.
A pop up notification does advise that it will be completed within a few minutes.
However, this no longer seems to work and there is no indication that a test is completed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Admin.atlassian.com
- Go to Settings
- Select Emails from the navigation pane
- Under email domains, select the option to add a domain
- Once the DNS records are created, add them to your DNS provider as needed
- Attempt to run a manual DNS records check
Expected Results
The DNS check is completed and the status of the individual records is updated to indicate where they were verified
Actual Results
The test doesn't seem to get initiated or there is no indication that it is executed and completed. I attempted to check this multiple times, however, the last checked date never changes and only seem to display the automation verification attempt that was completed the previous evening.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available. You will just need to wait for the daily check to complete.
