We have situations when we should sync a different Atlassian Account to the one synced with an Identity Provider account.
This process is currently performed by requesting Atlassian support to unlock the account, and then the Organisation administrator will move the email to the right Atlassian Account. Once done, Atlassian support will re-link the managed account to the provisioned data.
Suggestions :
Add the following admin hub and REST API capability
- Unlock a provisioned managed account temporarily. This will allow organisation administrators to move the email from the previously synced Atlassian Account to the adequate one.
- Re-link a managed account to the provisioned data.

This would be super helpful for two use cases:
1) Where SCIM has not been able to automatically update email addresses and a new Atlassian account created by accident.
2) Whilst these isn't a way to merge Atlassian accounts (I have voted, watching and commented on that feature request already!), it would be great if the org admins could do this temporary unlink to switch email addresses to help with user migrations.
