Case
It's currently somewhat difficult to track when and how users have been giving an Atlassian Access license.
Reviewing the list of billable users is not helpful sometimes as there's no way to know when the user was added to an application and started counting as billable.
This is specially useful for customer who have annual billing cycles, where they have a pre-defined user quota.
Suggestion
Create a report on the data users were giving a license
Alternatively, add the date the user was added as billable in the UI of the Managed Accounts page.
