The user count of the product displayed in Discovered Products is incorrect.

      Issue Summary

      When viewing the "Discovered Products" page in Atlassian Access, you will see that the user count of the product displayed in Discovered Products is incorrect.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have a user that has created a Confluence/Jira site that is a managed user
      2. Grant product access to some users at the above sites
      3. Check the "Discovered Products" page

      Expected Results

      The value of "user count" is equal to the number of users who have access granted in Step 2.

      Actual Results

      The value of "user count" is not equal to the number of users who have access granted in Step 2.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            I also experienced this for Jira Service Management where it shows 11 users, but when I checked Directory > Users, I'm the only user. Please fix this as it creates confusion for the org admins, especially, when renewal period comes near.

            This causes unnecessary chase in organizations as when you have a discovered product with billable user count, we are trying to close it down and in most cases the number is inflated about 10 for Jira to indicate a billable site.
