      Problem definition

The discovered products page shows products that an organization's managed accounts have created that are outside their organization for auditing purposes. It also lists how many users are on each product.

Currently, it looks like the discovered products page is counting "system" users in the user count. These are accounts that are used on the backend but aren't actually users that would be visible to customer. For example: halp.com@connect.atlassian.com and confluence-chats-integration@connect.atlassian.com

As an admin, I would like to see the true number of users on the discovered products page rather than have the numbers be inflated by hidden system users.

      Suggested resolution

Update the discovered products page to not count hidden system users as actual users on the site.

      Workaround

Visiting the site in question will show the actual user count for the site.
