Currently missing from audit logs:

Currently, changing a user role is not logged on the Org Audit Logs (even though the user is added to the site-admins group, such information is not logged in the logs).
Currently, there is no option to know who performed changes in the product subscription.

Proposed Solution

Improve the Org Audit Logs so that it also records changes on roles.
