      Problem Definition

When a User's Role is change in a Cloud Site from "User" to "Trusted User", this event is not captured in the Organization's Audit Log

A Timestamp is visible in the Site/Product System Audit Log when this change occurred, but it does not show what Site-Admin performed the action

      Suggested Solution

Have the Organization Audit Log track the Role Change event and log details about who made the change, the timestamp, and the impacted User

      Why this is important

The Trusted User Role grants the User access to Jira Admin Features and it would need to be monitored when this access is granted
