Description
Summary
Automatic transitions on adding comment are not visible to Agents without a refresh
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure that default Automation rule "Transition on comment" is active
- If it doesn't exist, make a rule which should transition the issue to "Waiting for Customer" status after an Agent adds a comment
- As an agent:
- Open an issue ticket and make sure the issue is at "Waiting for Support" status
- Leave a comment
Expected Results
The status gets transitioned to target status and the status gets updated (refreshed) showing the right value.
Actual Results
The status gets transitioned to target status, but status doesn't always gets updated (refreshed). A manual refresh of the page is needed to show the right status.
Note
Related to JSDSERVER-5452, however, the status sometimes does get updated, without the need for refreshing the page.
