wrong german translation "Fest für:"

This issue is the continuation of JRA-15645 (since I'm not able to reopen it). See also my comment there!

This wrong translation is not as easy as it seams initially. Hopefully you haven't replaced all 'fest für' with 'Behoben in'. the wrong translation exists in several locations but in different contexts.

To be more precise I recommend to replace 'fest für" with following translations in the listed places:

• in searchmask: --> "Umsetzung in Version(en)"
• in search result list (column) --> "Umsetzung in Version(en)"
• in issue creation and edit mask --> "Umsetzung in Version(en)"
• dashboard portlets (e.g. 2-dimensional statistic)
  o --> "Umsetzung in Versionen (alle)"
  o --> "Umsetzung in Versionen (nicht archiviert)"

The former proposal "Behoben in" is - to be honest - not the best translation due to its past tense (means 'fixed for'). "Umsetzung in Version(en)" follows much better the counterpart 'affected version(s)' which is translated to "betrifft Version(en)"
Other recommendations are welcome!
