      Issue Summary

      Hyperlinks in the Request Type description redirect users to the Request Type form rather than directing them to the intended link.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a hyperlink to the description text of the request type.
      2. Navigate to the request type list available on the portal.
      3. Select the hyperlink within the description of the request type. (The link is getting highlighted when hovering mouse over the link)

      Expected Results

      Should direct to the correct link.

      Actual Results

      Redirect to the request form.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
