OIssue Summary
The SLA breach automation rule runs are dependent on multiple backend systems. These backend systems have faced reliability and scaling concerns in the recent past which intermittently leads to the SLA breach based automation rules not getting triggerred. This ticket is for fixing those scaling issues and make the system more stable.
Steps to Reproduce
Not consistently reproducable as it happens intermittently due to scaling issues
Expected Results
SLA automations should trigger correctly
Actual Results
SLA Automations don't trigger as expected

Currently there is no workaround for this as this happens intermittently
