Unable to change board visibility to private from the Board menu

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Board menu
2. Click on the setting
3. Under workspace, click on the workspace name 
4. Now click on Change and select board visibility i.e private,public, workspace visible etc
5. After selecting "Private" or any other option that you want, click on Change and nothing happens. Changes are not getting reflected.

Expected Results

It should change the board's visibility.

Actual Results

It does not change the viability. Nothing is happening when clicking on the change button.

Workaround

Instead of going to the Board menu, can change the board visibility from the Board header.
