Issue Summary

Guest users set as admin can't move boards outside of the Workspace due to the Workspace setting "Board deletion".

A similar bug was already reported TRELLO-1122. However, I discussed the case with a senior colleague, who advised me to open a new JAC since they're slightly different.

Steps to Reproduce

1. You'll need two accounts
2. On a Premium Workspace
3. Invite a second account to a board ( remove this account from the Workspace, keep it only invited to the board as admin)
4. Using the second account, try to move the board outside of the Workspace with admin permission to the board, but not being a Workspace member
5. You'll see an error.

Expected Results

Guests with admin permission on the board should be able to move the boards where they are admins outside of the Workspace without problems.

Actual Results

Errors in the console will point out the 401 error code.

Workaround

• The Guest can add the Workspace admin to the Workspace they want to move the board temporarily, allowing the Workspace admin to move the board to the other Workspace on their behalf.
• Alternatively, the Workspace admin where the board is can add the Guest to their Premium Workspace so they can move the board themselves. This may incur an additional charge for adding a new member. It's useful to know that if a user is added and then removed from a Workspace within the same day, no charges will be applied.
