Issue Summary

When you are the sole admin/member of a board you closed in a Premium Workspace where now you are no longer a Workspace member, if you try to delete or reopen the board you get no warning messages that you can't perform that action.

Steps to Reproduce

1- In a Premium Workspace, close a board where you are the sole member.
2 - Leave the Workspace
3 - Go to closed boards
4 - Try to delete or reopen the board

Expected Results

A warning message that you can't delete or reopen the board as you are not longer a member of the Workspace (that's due to Workspace settings, where only Workspace member or Workspace admins can delete or reopen a board).

Actual Results

If user try to delete it gets a error "something went wrong"
If user try to reopen, it keeps loading but nothing happens.

Workaround

Share the board link to the current Workspace admin, so they can see the board and make the deletion or reopen it on board's member behalf.
