Issue Summary

As a customer I am unable to see the footer added to the email template for the subscription test email 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the email footer in page->"your Page" -> Customize page and email -> Add footer
2. Click on the Test email

Expected Results

The subscription email to contain the custom footer added

Actual Results

There is no footer available.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
