Issue Summary
When an incident is created or updates, the email notifications contain a bar that matches the color of the component status, for example a yellow bar for components in "Degraded Performance":

When the incident is resolved, and the component is set back to operational, it would be expected that the resolution notification would come with the bar in the green color to reflect it, but instead it maintains the previous color:

Steps to Reproduce
- Create incident with at least one component affected and non-operational
- Send email notifications on
- Resolve incident and set component back to operational
Expected Results
Bar color in the notifications should match the status
Actual Results
Bar color remains the same as when the incident was created and components were non-operational
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
