Issue Summary
The new Statuspage App for JSM and JSW is not working correctly when the Statuspage product is on the legacy billing platform.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create/Open a Statuspage on a legacy billed Org
- Connect the JSM or JSW "Issue" app to a project (ensure Administrator access is granted to person testing on the project)
- Create a new JSM or JSW ticket and notice the "Update Statuspage" is missing

Actual Results
No Statuspage connection
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
