Issue Summary
When Customer Portal pages are loading and StatusPage for Jira Service Desk App is incorporated but StatusPage has no updates, a whitespace will appear on the screen and then suddenly disappear.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install StatusPage in Organization
- Go to Marketplace and install StatusPage for Jira Service Desk
- Create StatusPage API Key (https://manage.statuspage.io/organizations/2ndbtjrt3m55/api-info)
- Configure StatusPage for Jira Service Desk (https://<cloud url>/plugins/servlet/ac/jsd-status-page/config-page) using StatusPage API Key and StatusPage Page ID on API Info page (https://manage.statuspage.io/organizations/<hash>/api-info) and associated with Project
- Open Customer Portal and observe behavior (https://<cloud url>/servicedesk/customer/portal/3)
Expected Results
One of two things should occur:
If StatusPage has NO updates, nothing should load on the page.
If StatusPage has updates, the following should appear:
Actual Results
If StatusPage has NO updates, a whitespace will appear on the screen briefly and then collapse as demonstrated in the recording below:

When debugging, the following can be seen where the expanding and contracting whitespace appears on the portal page when the page loads:
