Issue Summary
A Statuspage customer on a public plan that wishes to enable the team view (private) only flag will have issues and contact support if in a certain state reporting they are unable to view the page
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup the feature flag for private/ team only on your public page. It is easier to replicate this on a legacy billed account.
- Enable SSO through the feature flag. If using legacy it is the flag for SSO access control. If on CCP then CA must enable the SSO addon. This particular customer case had the SSO option enabled while they were on private Trial
Expected Results
When the private flag is used on a public page it should allow the page to work as private in turn allowing logged-in team members the ability to view the page
Actual Results
If the customer has the team only access checkbox selected with the other feature flags then it will fail to allow any team members to actually view the page as demonstrated in the video
Workaround
Under the Authentication tab you can uncheck the option
