cannot login into local bitbucket server

      Bitbucket server version: 5.8.2

      Source tree version: Windows 2.5.5.0

    • Severity 2 - Major

      During initial installation, registering a Bitbucket Server account fails. This renders the app useless as it cannot be installed and be connected to our hosted Bitbucket server. I receive the following error:

       

      ERROR [2018-07-11 10:44:10,558] [1] [SourceTree.Exceptions.RemoteHostException] [.ctor] - Insufficient authentication credentials
ERROR [2018-07-11 10:44:10,561] [1] [SourceTree.Exceptions.RemoteHostException] [.ctor] - Failed to check login for user [mock_user]

      Previous versions of Source Tree have worked.
