SourceTree encoding issue

We would like to manage EUC-JP encoding files on Sourcetree.

The Sourcetree default character code set was UTF-8, so I changed it to EUC-JP.

After that diff line written in Japanese was displayed correctly on the diff pane (the right below pane).
But on the commit list pane (the central pane), Sourcetree failed to show the commit message.
The part of commit message wrtten in Japanese was broken.

Sourcetree is enable to show Japanese on each commit contents pane (the central below pane).
Just commit list pane does not work correctly.
It's strange.

I checked all the unresolved issues and I found some related issues, SRCTREEWIN-1048 and SRCTREEWIN-1474.
But these tickets are still open for several years!

Please fix this bug quickly.
