When you are viewing file changes in File Status tab and you click on the horizontal scrollbar of a given hunk it selects the last line of code of it. It causes the button action to change from 'Stage hunk' to 'Stage lines' and then you have to remove the selection to be able to stage the hunk again.
The same issue happens if you're just checking file modifications on Log/History tab.
How to reproduce #1:
- Clone a repository
- Make a file change
- Open SourceTree, File Status tab
- Select the modified file
- Press the horizontal scrollbar
How to reproduce #2:
- Clone a repository
- Make a file change
- Open SourceTree, Log / History tab
- Select any commit
- Select any modified file of the commit
- Click on the horizontal scrollbar of any of the hunks
