Using horizontal scroll bar in diff selects bottom line

    Description

      Select any file with a difference.
      Reduce the width of the integrated diff view so that a horizontal scroll bar appears.
      Use the scroll bar.

      ACTUAL: The bottom line gets selected (and any other line selections in the hunk are lost).

      EXPECTED: No change of selection takes place.
