Source tree cannot start after installing new version

      I have downloaded and installed new source tree with version 2.3.1 from https://downloads.atlassian.com/software/sourcetree/windows/ga/SourceTreeSetup-2.3.1.0.exe?_ga=2.11451380.1132901568.1508987264-1101870404.1508987264

      When I clicked install, only a small splash screen show up and disappear after that.

      I tried to open source tree from icon on desktop, but nothing happened.

      I have tried with both ways uninstall old version then install new version and upgrading from old version, it's same issue.

      I had to install back version 2.1.2.2.

      Here is error log i check  from Event Viewer of window 10.

            I found them in %localappdata%\Atlassian\Sourcetree.exe_url_{hash} .

            Tried to delete all folder and install version SourceTreeSetup-2.3.5.0.exe , it works for me.

            Maybe setup have not been completed since error?

            It looks like the user.config has been corrupted.

            Can you try deleting all the %localappdata%\Sourcetree.exe_url_{hash} folders and restarting Sourcetree.
