SourceTree does not start

      Try to launch SourceTree on Windows 10 Pro (Version 10.0.15063 Build 15063) and it will not start.

      There is an exception shown in the logs attached.

       

      Note. I have tried deleting the AppData\Local\SourceTree folder. Installed both 2.2.4 and 2.3.1 again and both of them exhibit this issue.
